i'm not that smart

i have to say, the ladies over at the daring kitchen are wonderful.

i don't really want to talk about it, you all (?) just have to trust me on this one: i'm not that smart.

also: i've taken up tap dancing again, and it feels great!

okay YES! i can bake things now. in the oven. i can MAKE beef stew, now. i can MAKE airFries.

i can MAKE bacon peanut butter cookies. Thanks Joy the Baker.

well, okay. the appliance guy, Santos, is coming this evening between 4 and 6 and i get A NEW OVEN!!!

i am so excited. seriously. and then the talking can end and the doing can commence.

So I haven't achieved a camera yet, and I'm MAD because yesterday I made a wonderful breakfast, of which I would have loved to take a picture:

Challah French Toast with Vanilla Blueberry Sauce
and Chicken Sausage...

Some powerful Ameri-JewFusion. I almost feel like Ilan Hall... though not as balls-out (or attractive). It's not quite bacon-wrapped Matzoh balls.
I'm still working myself up to his restaurant...

Anyhow, no camera = no pictures. And I realize that everyone's done Challah French Toast. I get it. But mine just looked so good.


I've been thinking of being gluten-free. Clearly, I haven't been thinking about it too hard.

I still haven't heard from the Daring Kitchen!
